About the Owner/Broker
Fred Goffstein has been in real estate his whole life. Actually, his family has been in the real estate business for four generations.
After graduating from the University of Missouri in 1965 with degrees in business & real estate, he built up a brokerage business in the St. Louis Area from a single office to six offices, becoming the Largest Century 21 franchisee in the Missouri Valley Region.
During the 50 years he worked with residential brokerage, property management & investments, Fred also owned a custom development and construction company, which focused on high end-priced custom homes. He was responsible for the entire operation of this company - including acquisition of land, design, permitting, construction, financing & sales.
Being a cowboy at heart and an avid outdoor enthusiast, Fred decided to leave the big city of St. Louis in 2002 and struck out for Wyoming. He's never looked back.
Fred's lifelong real estate experiences and his love of the outdoors has placed him on a new real estate focus - that of outdoor recreational real estate and development.
DAVID PARKER, Sales Associate
David Parker has been a businessman serving the people of Wyoming for 34 years. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1976 with a degree in pharmacy. Upon graduation, he bought his first business, a pharmacy in Kemmerer, Wyoming, which also housed the largest firearms inventory in the state. He later moved his family to Riverton and managed Safeway Pharmacy until he once more went into business for himself.
In 1998, David started Fremont Financial in Riverton. His experience as a small business owner and a manager in a larger corporation gives Dave a unique perspective into the challenges that businesses and individuals face.
Dave has now joined Wyoming Mountain Properties where he is excited about helping clients obtain their real estate objectives. He believes in developing long-term relationships with his clients so they are able to work smart and play hard. His knowledge of the Riverton/Lander/Dubois areas gives him the know how to serve clients in farm & ranch, residential, recreational and commercial real estate.
Dave and his wife, Kathy, enjoy golfing, relaxing at their mountain cabin on Union Pass in Dubois, fourwheeling, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, and of course spending time with their family and grandchildren.
