Fred Goffstein has been in real estate his whole life. Actually, his family has been in the real estate business for four generations.
After graduating from the University of Missouri in 1965 with degrees in business & real estate, he built up a brokerage business in the St. Louis area from a single office to six offices, becoming the largest century 21 franchisee in the Missouri/Kansas/Illinois regions.
During the 59 years he worked with residential brokerage, property management & investments, Fred also owned a custom development and construction company, which focused on high end-priced custom homes. He was responsible for the entire operation of this company - including acquisition of land, design, permitting, construction, financing & sales.
Being a cowboy at heart and an avid outdoor enthusiast, Fred decided to leave the big city of St. Louis in 2002 and struck out for Wyoming. He's never looked back.
Fred's lifelong real estate experiences and his love of the outdoors has placed him on a new real estate focus - that of outdoor recreational real estate and development.

Melanie's attention to her family, friends, and past work ethic are only exceeded by her care for her son Caleb. Caleb is now 30 years old, at age 6 he suffered a traumatic change in his life during a routine hospital visit. Melanie has dedicated her life to her son Caleb and her oldest son that is a young doctor specializing in orthopedics! She also dedicates to others in need, including weekly visits to the elderly centers in her hometown of Salmon, Idaho and elsewhere. Melanie grew up in Georgia with loving parents and 2 sibling brothers. Her southern charm is a delight to be around along with seeing how she reaches out to all she meets in such a pleasant way. She brings cheer to all she encounters!
Her spiritual life is connected to many nationally recognized pastors. They value her input and regularly consult with Melanie.
Melanie began her love of outdoors, nature, animals, and photography in her late teens, early 20's working in Yellowstone National Park as a hostess at Mammouth Lodge and Old Faithful Lodge then followed at Big Sky, Mt lodging!
Her experience as a flight attendant for the former Eastern Airlines and executive with Home Depot, provides her the background for optimum service! We at Wyoming Mountain Properties are pleased that Melanie has joined our team to provide administrative services for our client base.
